One partner rows to 100 meters. However, if the rower stops at 105, for example, both partners will perform 5 over head squats. If the rower stops at 93, for example, both athletes will do 7 squats. (Each athlete will alternate on the rower, but will need their own bar, since both athletes will do their ohs at the same time).
