10k kettlebell swings
5 rounds of:
10 swings
1 squat clean, bar, med ball, kettlebell (or 3 jumping lunges, each leg)
15 swings
2 squat cleans/ 4 jumping lunges
25 swings
3 squat cleans/ 5 lunges
50 swings
4 squat cleans/ 5 jumping lunges
B. Bodyweight workout
