Part A:
every 3 minutes for 18 minutes
100m sprint (125m row/ski, 300m bike)
20 second pull up hold (at the top)
30 second plank

Part B:
amrap 6 minutes
add 1 rep every round
1 hang power clean 35-45%
1 deadlift, same weight as clean

C. 7 minute abs
