Part A:
every 3 minutes for 15 minutes
50 single unders
50 double unders (or 50 more single unders)
10-20 band pull aparts

Part B:
every 2 minutes for 20 minutes
alternate between
100m run (125 row/ski, 300m bike)
max reps kb swing (16/24)

and

25 russian twists (L+R=1)
3-5 chin ups
