A. Death by:

Handstand push-up

Ring Dips

Push-ups

Perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute, etc., continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Once you are unable to complete the number of reps in that round, rest for 3 minutes and then move onto the next movement. This means that different athletes could be on different ladders through out the workout

B. 7 minute abs
