Day 24 of the 100 day burpee challenge (300)

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

6 burpee over the bar

9 jumping squats

At the 10 minute mark:

AMRAP in 5 minutes of:

3 squat cleans (95/135)

6 hand release pushups

9 situps

Warm up:

500 meter row

3×20 pullovers

Old stretch

Ankle/hip and shoulder mobility work

Wod specific warm up:

5×3 squat cleans (light to workout weight)

Once you have completed the 5 sets of 3 squat cleans, proceed with 3 more sets of 3  deadlifts up to your workout weight.
