I will be at Terra Nova by 8:30 am to load up the equipment that we will
be bringing to the venue.
If you want to meet us at the gym, please do so by 9:00 am, since we will be leaving at that time
We are going to be doing a
“Fight Gone Bad” style workout, and possibly a partner workout.
