    20 kb/db deadlifts, heavy (2x 16/20/24/32)

    scale cardio distance so you get about 1 minute rest

    Part B:
    5 rounds, 10 minute cap
    20 hang cleans 30-35%
    15 db/kb push press (2x 20/30)
