Run/Row/Bike

Rest 5 minutes

42 wall balls (14/20)

21 push jerks (75/115)

30 wall balls

15 push jerks

18 wall balls

9 push jerks

rest 5 minutes

7 rounds of

50 double unders/100 singles

15 kettlebell swings (24/32)

If you have been doings tons of double unders for the past 3 wods, please do 8 box step ups or 15 hamstring curls instead.
