65% x 5 of 90%
75% x 5
85% X Max Reps (Must be at least 6)
*10 Bicep Curls each arm after each Deadlift set
B. 3 rounds of:
10 Push Presses (95/135)
20 Toes to Bar
40 Double-Unders
