1 hang power clean + 2 hang squat cleans +3 squat clean

First set should be (65/95)

Ladies add 5 to 10 pounds each round, guys add 10 to 15 pounds each round.

If you can squat clean more than (165/235) please start your first set at

( 95/145)

At 40 past the hour

5 rounds of:

10 romanian deadlifts (65/95)

15 weighted situps (20/30)

20 ball slams (20/30)
