Examples:
If you put 100 pounds on the bar, and you do 50 clean and jerks, snatches or a combination of both in the 10 minutes, your score would be 100×50= 5000 pounds
If you put 125 on the bar, and do 33 reps, your score would be 4123 pounds.
if you use a 35 pound par and do 100 reps, score is 3500 pounds.
