A. For 35 minutes, alternate between 5 rounds of:
3 power cleans, medium heavy 70% (165/115)
30 double unders (60 singles)
and
5 rounds of:
3 strict pull ups
30 single arm dumbbell push press, light
rest 3 minutes after each 5 rounds
You will do 5 rounds of the first set, rest 3 minutes, then 5 rounds of the second set, rest 3 minutes, repeat til the 35 minute mark.
