As a group of 4, pair off and compete!
While one pair is doing the exercises, the other pair must run/row continuously. The pair that is doing the exercises must not let the bar touch the ground after deadlifts!
The score for the workout is time + number of 200 meter laps/250 meter rows.
Each pair must complete the following—splitting however they want
75 deadlifts (95/65) *Touch and go, no resting at bottom
50 pull ups
25 hang cleans (75/55)
50 pushups
75 overhead squats (45/35)
50 pull ups
25 shoulders-to-overhead (45/35)
