Burpee Challenge: Day 60

Part A:
every 2.5 minutes for 12.5 minutes
10 bent over barbell rows, underhand grip
1 rope climb

use a weight that you can do unbroken with good form

Part B:
10 to 1 (18 minute cap)
ring dips
snatches 35-45%
weighted russian twists

for the russian twists, L+R = 1
