200 meter run/ 10 burpees

 

*If you can back squat more than (225/330) squat (145/215) on the workout.

Warm up:

400 meter run

3×25 pullovers

Old stretch

Amkle/hip mobility

Wod Specific warm up:

5×3 back squat (light to workout weight)
