Burpee Challenge: Day 56

Part A:
every 2.5 minutes for 12.5 minutes
2 tempo ring push ups, 3 seconds down, 3 seconds up
5 ring push ups
15 seconds bottom up kb hold each arm, light (8/12)

Part B:
20 minute cap
10 muscle ups
60 goblet squats, heavy (24/32)
10 muscle ups
1 mile run (2000m row/ski, 4800m bike)
10 muscle ups
