Part A:
every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
4 deadlifts 75-80%
5-10 banded lat pull downs or 5 strict pull ups

Part B:
amrap 17 minutes
10 front squats 55-65%
20 push ups
400m run (500m row/ski, 1200m bike)
