The athletes at CrossFit Terra Nova had a great time participating in the Secret Santa WOD!
We give each other the gift of functional fitness… LITERALLY.
Each athlete created a special 12 minute AMRAP and placed it in the fish bowl to be drawn randomly by another athlete. The athlete was to perform the workout that they had drawn from the fish bowl. What an awesome day it was for all of the athletes!
