1.5 mile run (3000m row/ski, 7200m bike)

Part B:
every 90 seconds for 15 minutes
3-5 pistol squats on one leg

alternate which leg is squatting each round

Part C:
5 rounds, 10 minute cap
20 kettlebell swings (16/24)
10 ring dips

scale reps to finish 5 rounds
