A. Take 10 minutes to get to you 80% back squat weight.
B. Every 3 minutes for 24 minutes (8 sets)
3 back squats 80%
5 dumbbell/kb push press, heavy (one in each hand)
15 sit ups
20 dumbbell deadlifts (with the same dumbbells as push press)
10 chest to bar
*adjust reps accordingly in order to get at least 20 seconds rest
C. 7 minute abs
