A. Challenges

Squats = 330

Push ups = Rest day

10k kb swings

5 rounds of:

10 swings

3 wall balls/ jumping squats

15 swings

6 wall balls

24 swings

9 wall balls

50 swings

12 wall balls

B. Booty class (zoom @ 1 pm)

C. Bodyweight ( zoom @ 4 pm)

EMOM for 20 minutes

  • Minute 1: 15 Pushups
  • Minute 2: 10 Pullups /bent over rows
  • Minute 3: 15 Situps
  • Minute 4: 20 Lunges

D. 6×3 front squats @ 80%
