B. Booty class (zoom @ 1 pm)
C. Bodyweight ( zoom @ 4 pm)
EMOM for 20 minutes
- Minute 1: 15 Pushups
- Minute 2: 10 Pullups /bent over rows
- Minute 3: 15 Situps
- Minute 4: 20 Lunges
D. 6×3 front squats @ 80%
