50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

One athlete will row 500 Meters while the other completes as many rounds/reps of the AMRAP as possible. The athletes will then switch, with the athlete coming off the run picking up right where the other athlete left off.
