Wouldn’t you want to win $10K for just working out?
C.- Take 20 minutes to find a max deadlift for the day.
at 40 past the hour
4 Rounds of
400m Run
50 sit ups
50 Double Unders or 50 barbell jump overs (keep knees together and maintain upright body position)
10 front squats @ 60%

N.-Death by burpee pullups.
Start the clock and do 1 burpee pullup, minute 2 is 2 burpee pullups, 3 minutes 3 exercises and so on.
When you cannot make it drop 3 burpees and continue until the last athlete is spent, or at the 10 minute
