A. Complex E2MOM for 10 minutes (5 sets)

Power clean+ front squat + power jerk + split jerk.

Start at 50% of squat clean, and add weight after each set.

B. For time

4 rounds of:

3 bar muscle ups/ 7 toes to bar

6 hand stand push ups/ use box

9 box jumps (20/24)
